Job summary

A construction firm in Selangor, Malaysia is looking for a professional to prepare and manage financial aspects of projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years working experience in construction industry (G7 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of PAM, JKR, FIDIC contract forms.
• Proven leadership and negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage interim valuations, variation orders (VO), final accounts and claims.
• Prepare procurement process – prepare BQ, call quotations, evaluate and issue PO/ subcontract.
• Monitor site measurement, material usage and verify subcontractor claims.
• Maintain systematic contract records and document control for audit/compliance.
• Support site team in commercial matters including cost reporting and budgeting.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering, and feasibility for project elements.
• Assist in ensuring adherence to contract terms, specifications and compliance.
