Quantity Surveyor Executive (URGENT HIRING)

Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation.

Prepare monthly progress claim and handle claim evaluation, variation orders and final account.

Certifies sub-contractors claims based on site progress and quantity.

Reviews letter of award, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender.

Follows up effectively on payment certificate and payment with the clients.

Liaise with the client, sub-contractors and consultant.

Able to attend site meetings independently.

Able to work independently or minimum supervision.

Working 5.5 days weekly (Mon- Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 9am-1pm)

Requirement

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree/ Quantity Survey or equivalent.
