Job description

Contractor company based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform contract administration, procurement, monthly cost reporting and tracking of the on-going project.
• Handle evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission, cost estimation, procurement support, and preparation of interim valuation for main contract and subcontractors.
• Fully responsible for the preparation of the main progress claim and ensure the certification of the progress claim by the consultants of the project, the project management consultants and the project client.
• Jointly prepare the tender documents and the bill of quantities with the Senior Quantity Surveyor for calling various tenders of sub-contract works.
• Produce the schedule of materials and delivery schedules for the Purchasing Department's procurement.
• Constantly monitor the usage of materials by the site or subcontractor.
• Prepare and verify subcontractors payments with the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Attend all project meetings.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements
