Job summary

A leading construction company in Selangor, Malaysia is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to prepare and manage Bills of Quantities, oversee cost control, and liaise with project teams for high-rise construction projects. The role demands a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a contractor setting. Candidates should possess strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills and be able to work independently under strict deadlines.
