We’re Hiring: Quantity Surveyor (Pre & Post Contract)

📍 Location: Taman Bayu Puteri, Johor Bahru, Johor
💼 Industry: Main Contractor (Interior Fit-Out & Construction)

🛠️ Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and able to workout a complete tender documents, contracts, BQ & project budgets
• Source quotations from subcontractors & material suppliers
• Track design / construction changes & update budgets
• Prepare & issue work orders to subcontractors
• Handle variation orders (VO) professionally
• Submit monthly progress claims accurately & on time
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal site team
• Attend site meetings & conduct site measurements
• Prepare clear, concise emails, letters & reports
• Travel to sites as needed to monitor project progress

✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Holds a Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering
• Is familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word & Project
• Has strong time management skills & works well under pressure
• Has an extroverted personality & team spirit
• Has experience in main contractor tendering process
• Understands PAM contract well
• Is proactive, reliable & detail-oriented
