While our home base is in the heart of Perak, our projects take us across the region—so if you enjoy a mix of office precision and on‑site action, this is for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Reviewing architectural and engineering plans to prepare accurate BQs (Bills of Quantities).

Managing tenders, evaluating sub‑contractor quotes, and ensuring we get the best value without compromising quality.

Handling progress claims, variation orders (VOs), and final accounts with precision.

Using MS Project to ensure our timelines align with our budget.

Traveling outstation to project sites to conduct valuations, audits, and attend site meetings to ensure financial accuracy on the ground.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: A Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Management, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years in the industry. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are also encouraged to apply.

Software Savvy: Microsoft Project and MS Office (especially Excel—we love a good pivot table!)

Linguistics: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

The "Extras": (a) Familiarity with Standard Forms of Contract (PAM, PWD/JKR) would be a real advantage; (b) A "can‑do" attitude and the ability to stay calm when deadlines approach; and (c) Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a solid knowledge of pricing materials and sourcing vendors.

Why Join Us?

We don't just offer a job; we offer a career path. Here’s our offer:

Health & Wellness: Medical insurance coverage for you.

Lifestyle Allowances: Fully claimable parking and mileage for all work‑related travel and site visits with monthly mobile allowance to subsidise those site‑coordination calls.

Professional Growth: We sponsor relevant and related technical seminars or workshops to help you develop and gain more knowledge.

Culture: A lively, collaborative team environment.

Competitive Package: Salary commensurate with your experience and skills.
