The company operates in a technical and quality-focused environment, emphasizing product reliability, service quality, and continuous improvement. Job Title: Quality Technician (Automotive Service & Repair). Location: Tanjung Malim, Perak. Department: Quality / Technical Service. Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Technician (Automotive Service & Repair) with hands-on experience in automotive repair, servicing, and troubleshooting, combined with exposure to quality inspection or quality control practices. Candidates with a strong technical background and quality mindset will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform automotive repair, servicing, and maintenance activities in accordance with quality standards.
  • Diagnose mechanical and basic electrical issues and propose corrective actions.
  • Conduct inspection and quality checks on repaired vehicles or components.
  • Ensure service and repair work meets company quality, safety, and technical requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain service records, inspection reports, and basic documentation.
  • Support quality investigations, defect analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Identify recurring quality or service issues and suggest improvement measures.
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment.
  • Support ad-hoc quality or technical tasks as assigned.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required within the scope of the role.
Job Requirements
  • Certificate or Diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in automotive service and repair is required.
  • Exposure to Quality Control (QC) / Quality Assurance (QA) activities is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
  • Able to follow technical procedures and quality guidelines.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
Preferred / Advantage
  • Experience in automotive workshops, service centers, or manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with inspection standards, checklists, or quality documentation.
  • Fresh graduates with strong hands-on training or internship experience may be considered.
