A leading electronics manufacturer in Malaysia is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to facilitate ISO9001 audits and conduct management review meetings. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or degree in a relevant field and at least one year of relevant experience, particularly in quality system management. Strong organizational and communication skills, along with proficiency in English and Office software are essential. The position offers a meal subsidy and other benefits.

Job Description
1. Responsible for hosting and facilitating ISO9001/RBA audit, customer audit, internal audit etc., ensuring successful outcomes. Including audit plan development, implementation, finding organization, progress tracking, improvement effect confirmation, record keeping.
2. Responsible for preparing and conducting Management Review meetings, collecting and providing necessary input, and tracking the implementation of management review decisions.
3. Quality management System Establishment & Maintenance, Lead the planning, design, documentation, and promotion of the company's quality management system.
4. Organize and conduct QMS-related training, such as ISO standard training, internal auditor training, and procedure training.
5. Quality System Establishment & Maintenance, Lead the planning, design, documentation, and implementation of the company's QMS. Responsible for organizing the compilation, revision, and control of QMS documentation
Other Requirements
1. Priority will be given to those with work experience related to ISO9001, PMTA and other quality system management
2. Experience in mastering PQA/OQC/IPQC/QSM workflow is preferred
3. Have excellent organizational coordination and communication skills, proficient oral English, and strong written expression skills
4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, and be able to withstand work pressure
5. Proficient in Office software [Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook]
