Job summary

A leading quality management company in Seremban seeks a Quality Supervisor to oversee IQC/IPQC/OQC tasks and assist in quality assurance activities. This role involves developing and maintaining quality control specifications, preparing reports for management, and ensuring compliance with quality management systems. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, or a diploma with at least 5 years of relevant experience. The ideal applicant will have strong technical skills and good interpersonal abilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering or related field is required.
  • Diploma holder with at least 5 years working experience in Quality field is acceptable.
  • Preferably has technical skills in the related field.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and assist in IQC/IPQC/OQC/QS tasks.
  • Develop and maintain Quality Control specifications and procedures.
  • Prepare reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct internal training and develop training materials.

Job description

Exis Tech Sdn Bhd – Seremban, Negeri Sembilan

Supervise and assist in IQC/IPQC/OQC/QS tasks.

Supervise and assist in parts rejection and modification process.

Supervise and assist in data collection for internal/external rejects & errors.

Develop and maintain Quality Control specification and procedure.

Work with Engineering, Production and Suppliers to understand the root cause of internal/external rejects & errors.

Work with Engineering, Production and Suppliers to contain/minimize impact due to internal/external rejects & errors.

Prepare IQC/IPQC/OQA report for management and stakeholders.

Review IQC/IPQC/QOA data & reports to identify process/product improvement opportunities.

Set expectations and manage quality performance of external suppliers. Perform supplier audit when necessary.

Proactive implementation of Preventive & Corrective action implementation.

Work with purchasing to source for new inspection tools/equipments.

Prepare (or assist) 8D report for customers and stakeholders.

Develop training material and conduct internal training.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree holder in Engineering or any related field.

Diploma holder or with at least 5 years working experience in Quality field.

Preferable has technical skills in related field.

Proficient in MS Office.

Knowledge on Quality Management System/Principles.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good in writing & speaking skills.

Has strong sense of responsibility and positive teamwork attitude.
