Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the formulation of inspection specifications, inspection standards and various quality documents of the Quality Inspection Department, the handling and analysis of quality abnormalities, the reliability test of products, and the improvement of quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the QC teams to carry out the relevants inspection activities.
- methods, and the confirmation and verification of quality standards.
- Strictly implement the inspection standards that have passed the examination and approval, and revise them in a timely manner according to the actual development of the company.
- All inspection documents of the Quality Department shall be verified to ensure their applicability. Regularly clean up the stored expired quality files, and apply for scrapping of expired files.
- Responsible for the analysis of the reasons for customer complaints, and organize and lead relevant departments to conduct customer complaint review meetings.
- Formulate customer complaint improvement measures, verify the effect of the improvement measures, and reply to the 8D report. When a customer complaint occurs, communicate and coordinate with the customer in time to understand the reason and situation of the customer complaint. Statistically analyze customer complaint cases, and regularly organize relevant departments to hold customer complaint review meetings.
- Conduct reliability tests on newly imported products, and record the test data and results. The recorded reliability test data will be sorted out and distributed to customers who need it after approval. Participate in the formulation of the company's quality guidelines and quality goals; establish a sound quality control system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments inside and outside the company, and actively organize the operation and implementation of various quality systems.
- Regularly carry out internal and external calibration of the company's expired instruments and equipment to ensure the normal operation of the instruments and equipment.
- Carry out ledger management of the company's instruments and equipment, and apply for scrapping of old or unrepairable instruments.
Qualifications
- College degree or above
- Mechatronics integration
- More than 3 years of experience in supplier quality management
- Skills in APQP, SWOT, PDCA, PPAP, 8D, FMEA, 5W2H, etc.
