Job Description

• Manage customer complaints effectively through meetings, investigations, and the initial mass production stages.
• Prepare and submit timely reports or updates as required by customers.
• Monitor the progress of quality assurance activities and recommend corrective actions to meet defined objectives.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through CRA and Kaizen activities aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing expenses.
• Lead and motivate the quality team to achieve departmental and organizational goals through effective leadership and teamwork.
• Provide practical solutions and guidance to team members facing challenges in completing tasks or processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field in Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar role within the engineering industry, or FRESH GRADUATE are welcomed.
• Proven experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Hands‑on experience with manufacturing equipment, tools, and automation technologies.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
