We are seeking a diligent and organised Quality Document Coordinator to join our team at ALS Technichem (M) Sdn. Bhd. located in Perai, Penang. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our company's records and documents.

What you’ll be doing
  • Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure the proper storage, retrieval, and archiving of all quality-related documents for ISO 17025
  • Manage the electronic filing system and physical document storage to maintain the organisation and accessibility of records
  • Review and update quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions to align with industry standards and customer requirements
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of quality reports, audits, and other relevant documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion and accuracy of all quality-related records
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on document control best practices
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and the company's quality management system
