Job summary

A global packaging company in Penang is seeking a quality controller to ensure the accuracy of production artwork and assist the team. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in Art & Design, experience in quality control, and proficiency in software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience as a proof reader or quality controller in printing or pre-press industry preferred.
• Ability to interpret concept and/or brand guidelines to artwork execution.
• Understanding of Print, Photo Studio, Digital production processes.

Responsibilities

• Check the accuracy and consistency of production artwork.
• Monitor performance of production artwork artists.
• Keep updated on legal packaging requirements.
