Job description

What you'll be doing

• Conducting regular quality checks and inspections at various stages of production to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards
• Analysing product samples and test results to identify and resolve quality issues
• Developing and implementing quality control procedures and documentation
• Collaborating with production, and R&D teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Providing technical support and training to production staff on quality assurance best practices
• Maintaining detailed records and reports on quality metrics and corrective actions
• Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and quality standards

What we're looking for

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO 9001)
