Job Description

  • Develop and implement quality control systems, processes and procedures to monitor and maintain product quality

  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods to identify and resolve quality issues

  • Analyse quality data and generate reports to identify trends and recommend corrective/preventive actions

  • Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality problems in a timely manner

  • Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control measures and best practices

  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, standards and quality management techniques

  • Support the continuous improvement of quality systems and processes

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in the manufacturing industry

  • Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools and techniques

  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams
