Job summary

A leading Malaysian enterprise is seeking a quality assurance professional responsible for monitoring compliance of incoming and finished products with company standards. The role includes maintaining quality systems, preparing daily reports, conducting internal audits, and ensuring adherence to food safety regulations such as ISO 22000 and halal requirements. Ideal candidates will have experience in quality assurance and the ability to train team members effectively, contributing to a robust quality management system.

• Monitor sampling and inspection of materials and products for compliance.
• Maintain documentation and systems for standards such as ISO 22000 and halal.
• Prepare and maintain daily quality reports.
• Conduct internal quality audits and propose solutions to issues.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Monitoring sampling and inspection of in-coming materials, in-process materials, in-process products and finished products and ensures that these materials are in compliance with company requirements.
• Monitor laboratory tests.
• Monitor on-line process / packing activities.
• To maintain systems, documentation, implementation of ISO 22000, halal requirements and other may new food safety requirements.
• To ensure compliance to Food Act & Regulations.
• Prepares and maintains daily reports.
• Report all non-compliance to superior.
• To establish and maintain a documented quality system.
• To perform, managed and monitor internal quality audit activities in the company.
• Addressing and discussing issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
• Performs any other duties as specified by the superior.
• Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found.
• Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes.
• In charge of all products Hazard Analysis.
