A leading Electronic Manufacturing Services provider in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Quality Management System professional with a degree in Electronic & Mechanical Engineering. The role involves developing and implementing quality processes, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years in QMS, strong knowledge of SMT and PCBA processes, and good leadership skills. To develop and prepare documentation's and procedures related to Quality and Environmental Management System.
Implement Company Quality Manual & EMS Manual.
Ensure that the organization's Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO standard, and regulatory/legal requirements.
Report to top management on the performance of the QMS & EMS (e.g., results of quality audits, corrective actions), including the need for improvement.
To conduct periodical (i.e.) Internal Audit to ensure that manufacturing comply to manufacturing procedures and ISO standards.
To coordinate corrective action taken is effectively implemented and maintained by relevant manufacturing section.
To lead Internal Audit team for manufacturing quality and system improvement.
Coordinate and support customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory audits.
Drive CAPA, 8D, root cause analysis, and effectiveness verification.
Support Management Review, KPI tracking, and quality performance reporting.
Promote quality awareness, compliance culture, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and coaching to QMS team members.
Degree in Electronic & Mechanical Engineering, Safety/ Environmental or relevant field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in QMS within EMS / electronics manufacturing.
Strong hands-on knowledge of SMT, PCBA processes, and manufacturing controls.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good leadership skills.
Good discipline and attitude.
To carry out task assigned by superior from time to time.
