Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company in Penang is seeking a Quality Management Specialist to oversee quality system documents and ensure compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a related role. Proficiency in root cause analysis and strong knowledge of ISO standards are essential. The role includes supporting customer audits, analyzing documentation, and monitoring calibration activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related roles, in electronics manufacturing preferred.
• Understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and FMEA.
• Ability to develop and maintain SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Review, register, update, and distribute quality system documents.
• Analyze documents with internal teams for yearly improvements.
• Monitor quality records as per retention periods.
• Assist in process, product, system, and environment audits.
• Handle external audits such as Customer and Certification audits.
• Submit RoHS/REACH compliant documents.
• Monitor and update equipment calibration as per schedule.
• Support purchasing for suppliers audit.
