Job description

Takes charge of leading Quality projects across the business, and responsibility for managing, maintaining and continually improving the quality management system (QMS).

To liaise with certification or regulatory bodies on external audit or product registration respectively.

Lead company's QMS certification and participate in internal, external and 3rd party audit.

Review the work processes of each department in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO14001,ISO 13485, IATF and other standards.

Ensure all processess are mitigating risk and adhere to, while meeting the ISO 9001, ISO14001, IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements.

Report to top management on the performance of the QMS (result of quality audit, corrective actions), including the need of improvement.

Plan, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.

Set department objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance in a timely manner

Conduct QMS training and awareness programs for employees.

Ensure timely closure of audit findings and follow-up on action implementation.

Contribute to management reviews by preparing relevant data and documentation.

Assist in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system

Investigate and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for quality improvements

Maintain accurate quality records and prepare regular reports for management

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, advising on changes that may impact the company

Any other task asign by superior/HOD.

Job Requirement

Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management, Science) required; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001,IS0 14001, ISO13485, IATF)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address quality issues

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Proficient in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making

Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
