Responsibilities

• Maintain lab equipment and manage chemical inventory.
• Implement inspection plans to ensure compliance with standards.
• Organize inspection and testing reports, document product defects.
• Maintain and update necessary documents like inspection reports.
• Communicate with departments to ensure compliance with processing standards.
• Cooperate with QA engineer for instrument calibration.
• Report abnormalities during inspections for investigation.

Job description

1. Lab equipment maintenance, lab cleanliness and chemical inventory management, etc.
2. Implement inspection plans for products and services to ensure compliance with product standards and customer requirements
3. To organize product inspection and testing reports, record product defects and issues, and provide relevant information to related departments to facilitate product improvement
4. Responsible for maintaining and updating relevant documents, including inspection reports, test records, quality standards, and process documents
5. Communicate with related departments to ensure that the product manufacturing and quality control processes comply with the company's standards and requirements
6. Cooperate with QA engineer to conduct the instrument calibration according to the plan
7. Feedback to QA or supervisor when there is any abnormal during inspection for the further investigation
