Responsibilities

• Monitor daily LIMS and SharePoint approvals for analyses performed by the QC Instrument team.
• Track daily performance of key equipment.
• Ensure the team follows correct setups for critical analyses.
• Verify daily results generated by the QC Instrument team.
• Serve as backup for Quality Team Lead 2 during their absence.
• Issue PR and perform MIGO for QC operation–related items.
• Maintain SDS and COA documents for received chemicals, reagents, standards and CRMs.
• Prepare SIS documentation for the QC Lab.
• Update QC checks for selected contaminant analyses.
• Maintain weekly and monthly internal PM records for critical equipment.
• Record monthly consumption of chemicals and consumables.
• Ensure all chemicals and consumables are well maintained in terms of the stock level.
• Lead any safety-related RCA.
• Execute Corporate Project – analytical method and new equipment setup.
• Participate in method validation, including identification on LOQ.
• Participate in proficiency test and ensure result meets z-score.
• Handle calibration for key equipment.
• Act as the key trainer for the QC Lab Technician.
• Prepare monthly report.
