Job summary

A Manufacturing Company based in Malaysia is seeking a candidate for a quality control role. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality through inspections and troubleshooting quality issues. Responsibilities

• Responsible for product quality through visual inspection and functional check according to work instruction (plastic parts).
• Responsible to ensure quality parts manufactured for delivery (in-process / Out-going).
• Responsible for quality abnormality verification and report to superior.
• Responsible to record inspection result (QC report).
• Ensure product compliance to specification.
• Responsible to trouble-shoot any quality issues, communicate and implement actions.
• Responsible to record, analyze and verify inspection result.
• Perform other task assigned by immediately superior to meet company objectives.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / Diploma in relevant field (i.e. mechanical / manufacturing / industrial / science / mathematics / statistics / Material / etc).
• Good knowledge and experience with quality measuring equipments (i.e. caliper, micrometer, CMM, Visual Scope is added advantage).
• Able to work independently in a challenging working environment.
• Good communication skills (inter-department and externally).
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
