Perform visual and dimensional inspections on incoming and outgoing materials to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

Use precision measuring instruments and test equipment to conduct inspections and test products for quality and performance characteristics.

Collect and record inspection results, test data, and any non-conformances in the quality management system. Ensure QC documentation is maintained properly at all times.

Summarize the inspection results, identify quality issues, and suggest actions to achieve quality goals and drive continuous improvement.

Resolve quality-related issues promptly.

Assist in the control of non-conforming/rejected products or materials, including proper identification and segregation.

Guide production personnel on quality control procedures and the importance of adhering to quality standards.

Perform other duties as assigned. To comply with the company’s instructions for any additional task required by the Management. On-hold nonconformance item.
