Job Responsibilities
To organize and maintain proper filing system with compliance to company QMS.
- Update, control, maintain & record all construction drawings (including shop drawings, as-built drawings, etc.).
- Carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time. Keep up to date of RFIs issued & maintain list of all issued RFIs.
- Monitor, control, check & document all concrete cube test results.
- Prepare, update & compile Monthly Progress Reports & QAQC Reports.
- Maintain internal logbook of NCRs issued to contractors/suppliers for effective implementation of the project quality plan, ITPs, written procedures, project specifications, IFC drawings, etc.
- Prepare corrective action requests (CARs) if unsatisfactory or non-complying work is done by the contractor.
- Prepare monthly machinery rental summary and fortnightly material reports.
- Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
- Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Technical Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or its equivalent.
- Preferably minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Added Advantage
- Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the implementation of MS ISO 9001 in the Construction Industry or has attended field internal audit activities for MS ISO 9001.
- Possess Internal Auditor Certificate from agency or body recognized by MAMPU.
- Familiar with quality and project management systems implementation.
- Knowledge in ISO 9001 standard and in the preparation, implementation and maintenance of the QESH management system.
- Able to work independently, possess initiative and responsibility.
- Able to work under pressure with least supervision.
- Computer literate and familiar with MS Office application software.
