Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain proper filing system with compliance to company QMS.
• Update and maintain all construction drawings.
• Monitor and document all concrete cube test results.
• Compile Monthly Progress Reports & QAQC Reports.
• Prepare corrective action requests for non-complying work.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

To organize and maintain proper filing system with compliance to company QMS.

• Update, control, maintain & record all construction drawings (including shop drawings, as-built drawings, etc.).
• Carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time. Keep up to date of RFIs issued & maintain list of all issued RFIs.
• Monitor, control, check & document all concrete cube test results.
• Prepare, update & compile Monthly Progress Reports & QAQC Reports.
• Maintain internal logbook of NCRs issued to contractors/suppliers for effective implementation of the project quality plan, ITPs, written procedures, project specifications, IFC drawings, etc.
• Prepare corrective action requests (CARs) if unsatisfactory or non-complying work is done by the contractor.
• Prepare monthly machinery rental summary and fortnightly material reports.
• Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments as required from time to time by the Management.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Technical Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or its equivalent.
• Preferably minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry.

Added Advantage

• Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the implementation of MS ISO 9001 in the Construction Industry or has attended field internal audit activities for MS ISO 9001.
• Possess Internal Auditor Certificate from agency or body recognized by MAMPU.
• Familiar with quality and project management systems implementation.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 standard and in the preparation, implementation and maintenance of the QESH management system.
• Able to work independently, possess initiative and responsibility.
• Able to work under pressure with least supervision.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office application software.
