Daijin Tech (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented QC Engineer to join our team in Bukit Raja, Selangor. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our manufacturing processes and products. As a QC Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining effective quality control systems that align with industry standards.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct regular quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
• Establish and implement quality control processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation and records.
• Lead root cause analysis efforts for quality defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Customer complaint investigations & writing analysis reports.
• Handle internal quality issues, summarize process defects, weekly and monthly statistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Provide training and support to team members on quality control processes and procedures.
• Other responsibilities are subject to the arrangement of the immediate superior/management.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a QC Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role within the manufacturing industry / Electrical & Electronics.
• Proficient in quality control for in/outgoing process and document.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and quality management systems.
