Job description

Be the Gatekeeper of quality: Ensure every product meets our gold standard before it reaches our customer. In details, to interpret the customer engineering drawings and to perform inspection and testing on the goods/parts to ensure they are meet with the customer specification or requirements.

Protect our reputation in every batch: Responsible for production in-process quality control.

From raw materials to finished goods: Be excellence in everything we do, from incoming parts quality control to outgoing parts quality control

Meets challenges of problem-solving: Work closely with Engineering/Production team for part quality trouble shooting, defect analysis. Tackle complex challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Perform 1st article sample inspection, approval and generates report.

Prepare and maintain quality records, compile reports and documents for internal and external ISO audits

Assist on maintaining QMS documentation.
