Job summary

A leading quality assurance company is seeking an experienced individual for a QA position in Penang, Malaysia. Responsibilities include preparing CPK reports, supervising QA operations, and reviewing vendor performance. The ideal candidate must hold a diploma or equivalent and possess at least 1-2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with quality control tools and ISO systems is essential. The position demands strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly CPK reports for customers.
• Supervise daily operations of QA Department.
• Review Vendor Performance reports regularly.
• Approve incoming and outgoing QA reports.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly CPK report for customers
• Review Vendor Performance report and update the vendors on a monthly basis
• Supervise daily operations of QA Department
• Approve incoming QA, FGI, Outgoing QA and Buy-Off reports
• Verification and follow up corrective action from vendors
• Follow-up internal and external rejects
• Prepare FAI nail qualification report
• Accept other duties assigned by the immediate Superior and above from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum SPM/ Diploma or its equivalents
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in related field
• Familiar with SPC, 8D, DOE, FMEA and other QC Tools
• Knowledgeable in ISO systems
• Technically competent with good analytical skills, result-oriented, proactive, resourceful with a high degree of independence and perseverance
• Good command of Microsoft Office especially Excel
