Job Description

• Perform routine laboratory analysis of milling, batching, packing samples and raw materials according to the Laboratory Guidelines in a timely, accurate and effective manner.
• Keep lab facilities in good condition, promptly report any sign of equipment defect or breakdown to the superior.
• Clean up the place and facility after testing completion, tidy and housekeep the lab facilities and premises daily, turn off equipment, power and water before closing and leaving.
• Ensure economical consumption of materials and utilities.
• Make proper recordings and filing of testing results and other documents.
• Ensure the confidentiality of the company’s wheat grist, flour and wheat quality.
• Report and discuss promptly to the QA supervisor or QA Executive any problem, arising matters, any deviation of plan.
• Conduct, review and verify the issuance of COAs, flour or product specifications and necessary documents as required by customers.
• Ensure PPE and safety procedures are observed strictly at all times and comply strictly with the requirements of HACCP and Good Laboratory Practice.
• Perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.
