Key Responsibilities

• Oversee inspection and quality control of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings to verify that products meet specifications
• Supervise on‑site production processes and ensure quality standards are followed
• Coordinate product checking, packing, and delivery to ensure shipment quality and schedule
• Handle customer complaints and lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
• Assist in drafting, updating, and maintaining ISO9001 quality management system documentation
• Support internal and external audits, and follow up on corrective actions
• Lead, train, and manage the QA/QC team to strengthen discipline and execution

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in manufacturing, with hands‑on and documentation capability
• Able to understand product drawings and basic engineering structure (FRP experience is a plus)
• Familiar with inspection procedures and measuring tools (e.g., caliper, micrometer, gauges)
• Experience in writing and maintaining ISO9001 documentation is preferred
• Skilled in quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, SPC, FMEA
• Responsible, proactive, and able to coordinate across departments
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (Malay or basic Bengali is a plus)
