We are involved in major infrastructure and data centre projects nationwide and are seeking a dedicated QAQC personnel to ensure all works are executed in accordance with quality standards and project specifications.

Job Description

Tokai is expanding our Quality Assurance & Quality Control capability to support multiple ongoing projects in Data Centres, Industrial Facilities, Rail and Commercial Infrastructure.

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer who will be responsible for quality documentation, inspection compliance, reporting, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain QA/QC inspection documentation, ITPs, method statements, NCR logs, and checklists
• Conduct site inspections, verify workmanship and installation compliance
• Ensure works comply with standards: MS IEC 62305, ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001, project specifications and safety protocols
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants and main contractors on QA/QC close-out
• Support testing, measurement and commissioning activities (e.g. soil resistivity tests, continuity tests, earth-loop testing etc.)
• Prepare QA/QC reports, photographic records, as-built documentation and punch list
• Assist in turnover documentation for project handover and commissioning

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil or M&E preferred)
• 1–3 years QA/QC or construction engineering experience (Earthing and Lightning Protection is a plus)
