Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Create, establish and maintain quality control procedures and processes throughout the entire manufacturing process, from raw materials to finished products.
• Setup Quality Department, Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess product quality, identify areas for improvement, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and supply chain, to establish quality standards and resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor and analyst quality metrics, including defect rates, customer complaints, and non-conformance reports, to identify trends and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards, and certifications.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their ability to meet quality requirements and drive supplier quality improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in quality management within the metal manufacturing industry.
• To adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, regulations, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
