Overview

TONGDA SMART TECH (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. – Kota, Kedah

Role: Based on the company's quality policy and objectives, organize, monitor, and maintain the effective operation of the quality system internally, promote proactive measures, supervise the collection and analysis of process quality data, and effectively alert quality risks.

Ensure the effective implementation of preventive monitoring mechanisms, implement problem rectification, and drive continuous improvement of quality.

Ensure the standardization and completeness of the new product development process.

Ensure that product quality meets customer requirements, cultivate quality technical talents and management teams, achieve stable output of product quality for the company, and contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Development Management

Supervise whether new product development is executed according to the process, and whether it possesses standardization and completeness.

Review the closure status of development issues, analyze, and guide effective closure of issues.

Review whether experience summaries are standardized to the corresponding technical specifications.

Quality Improvement Management

Supervise and inspect the quality execution of various departments within the company.

Monitor whether the supplier control system is effectively operating.

Assist departments in implementing major quality improvement and cost reduction projects.

Organize the development of quality improvement plans and guide and supervise employees in their execution.

Customer Quality Performance

Review the data collection and monitoring plans for various customer touchpoints and supervise their implementation and execution.

Monitor and analyze the quality performance of client-side operations, understand customer needs, address non-compliance issues, drive internal analysis and improvement, and enhance client data quality and customer satisfaction.

Daily Department Management

Drafting and supervising the implementation of the Quality Management Department's work plan, education and training plan, quality management system, quality inspection standards, and various quality control forms.

Planning and hiring personnel for the Quality Management Department, as well as conducting monthly KPI performance evaluations for all department employees.

Communication and coordination between the Quality Management Department and internal and external departments.

Handling daily affairs within the Quality Management Department and promoting 5S activities within the department.

Develop a talent demand plan based on the company's development strategy and business requirements, considering the actual situation of the department.

Develop plans for improving the capabilities of department personnel and supervise the execution of training plans.

Create a proactive team culture that fosters an atmosphere of progress and enthusiasm in the workplace.
