QA Inspector

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
• Identify Quality Issues and recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
• Maintain Documentation and Reports.
• Able to provide technical guidance and assistance to team mates.
• Able to liaise with customers on product acceptance tests, investigate complaints, and initiate corrective actions.
• Able to provide timely and accurate QA status to QA Lead / QA Manager.
• Undertake other role & responsibilities that are assigned by the company and immediate superior from time to time until full closure.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Familiarity with quality testing equipment and systems.
• Ability to use CMM machine is an advantage.
• Proficient in software (Microsoft Office, PC-DMIS, AutoCAD, Solid Works).
