Job summary

Job description

Ensure products are built and produced in accordance with customer specifications and quality requirements.

Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Production, and other stakeholders throughout the First Article stage.

Offers technical guidance and support in response to quality testing and analysis.

Responsible for the review and control of Mace’s Calibration system (IM&TE).

Plan and coordinate with the external calibration lab to schedule timely calibration services, preventing equipment inaccuracies and minimizing production interruptions.

Identifies the root cause of the quality problem and corrective action.

Sustain a Quality Management System ISO9001 and ISO14001 compliance.

Support other ad-hoc QA tasks and assignments as directed by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess a Degree in Mechanical or related courses.

Prior experience in equipment calibration, Quality Control or metrology is an advantage.

Experience in handling and CMM programming language.

CAPA and 8D.

Knowledge of metrology equipment and measurement uncertainty.

Familiarity with ISO 9001 requirements.

Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
