Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Technical Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Familiar with quality and project management systems implementation.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 standard and the preparation of QESH management system.

• Organize and maintain filing system complying with QMS.
• Update and control all construction drawings.
• Carry out inspections and tests at project site.
• Monitor concrete cube test results and document them.
• Prepare Monthly Progress Report and QAQC Report.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• To organize and maintain proper filing system with comply to company QMS
• Update, control, maintain & record of all construction drawings (including shop drawings, as-built drawings etc)
• To carry out various inspections and tests at project site from time to time. Keep up to date of RFI issued & maintain list of all issued RFI
• Monitor, control, check & document all concrete cube test results
• Prepare, update & compile Monthly Progress Report & QAQC Report
• Maintains Internal Logbook of NCRs issued to contractors/suppliers for effective implementation of project quality plan, ITPs, written procedures, project specifications, IFC drawings etc.
• Prepares corrective action requests (CA) if unsatisfactory or non-complying work is done by the contractor.
• Prepare monthly machinery rental summary and fortnightly material reports
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the quality system.
• To undertake other ad hoc assignment as required from time to time by the Management.

• Candidate must possess at least a Technical Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or its equivalent.
• Preferably Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction industry.

Added advantage has any one of the following :

• Preferably Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the implementation of MS ISO 9001 in the Construction Industry or has attended field internal audit activities for MS ISO 9001 or
• Possess Internal Auditor Certificate from agency or body recognized by MAMPU.
• Familiar with quality and project management systems implementation.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001 standard and in the preparation, implementation and maintenance of the QESH management system
• Able to work independently, possess initiative and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure with least supervision.
• Computer literate and familiar with MS Office Application Software.
