Job description

Perform programming on dimensional measurement and inspection of components using various measuring instruments (e.g., VMS, IMS and etc).

Prepare and maintain measurement reports, calibration records, and inspection data.

Support new product development (NPD) and First Article Inspection (FAI) activities.

Establish and maintain measurement standards and work instructions.

Ensure all measuring instruments are properly calibrated and maintained.

Responsible to handle customer complaint and 8D report closer.

Participate in audits (internal/external)

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in measurement or quality inspection (preferably in manufacturing industry).

Knowledge on programming on the measurement equipment (VMS, IMS) and other precision tools.

Knowledge of GD&T and technical drawings.

Familiar with ISO 9001 quality system requirements is an added advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
