A manufacturing company is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end procurement process. You will source and evaluate suppliers while ensuring best value, quality, and delivery performance. Responsibilities also include processing purchase requisitions, negotiating terms with suppliers, and coordinating with the logistics team. Candidates should have a minimum Diploma and at least one year of working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, and experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Manage the end-to-end procurement process. Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure best value, quality and delivery performance.
Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders in line with company policies, procedures, and specifications.
Negotiate pricing, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers when necessary.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders within stipulated timely.
Track and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for incoming goods.
Verify and ensure purchase quantity and value match supplier invoices.
Other tasks assigned by management from time to time.

Minimum Diploma holder with at least one (1) year working experience
