Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is essential along with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Working hour: 8:00am to 5:45pm (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities:
  • Scour the global market for the latest and most innovative baby accessories.
  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from local and overseas vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the company’s supply portfolio and establish strong relationships with trustworthy vendors.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and category management strategies to keep the product range competitive.
  • Understand market trends, control costs, and adjust pricing to optimize inventory.
  • Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for purchases to maintain financial stability.
  • Ensure products and supplies meet high-quality standards.
  • Optimize sourcing procedures and SOPs for maximum operational efficiency.
  • Determine quantity and timing of deliveries to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.
Qualifications:
  • Degree in supply chain management, business administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in executing global procurement and sourcing activities. (Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.)
  • Understand market dynamics and demonstrate sound business judgment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent time-management skills.
  • Experience in an ERP environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams for process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (spoken and written). Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Willingness to travel for business, both locally and overseas.
