Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO).
  • Liaise and negotiate with China suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and product specifications.
  • Manage inventory control and procurement planning.

Familiar with purchasing procedures, supplier sourcing, quotation comparison, price negotiation, and cost control.

Able to liaise and negotiate with China suppliers on pricing, delivery schedules, and product specifications.

Able to prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), and Delivery Orders (DO).

Basic knowledge of inventory control and procurement planning.

Experience using ERP systems or purchasing software is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
