Working Hours: Monday–Saturday (Alternate Saturday), 8am – 6pm
Salary: RM3,500 – RM3,800 (Based on experience)

Job Responsibilities
1. Procurement & System Updates
- Create new item codes and update approved pricing in the system.
- Follow up with suppliers on Credit Notes (CN) and price discrepancies.
- Review and consolidate purchase orders from all outlets before submitting to suppliers.
2. Promotion & Reporting
- Assist in preparing and coordinating monthly promotions for all outlets.
- Compile monthly sales reports for management review.
3. Inventory Control
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Identify low or excess stock and coordinate replenishment with the team.
4. Order Planning
- Prepare purchase orders based on stock and sales needs.
- Track order status and ensure timely supplier delivery.
- Assist in resolving issues related to order fulfilment.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers.
- Maintain good supplier relationships and resolve supply or pricing issues.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to improve cost and product quality.
- Prepare supplier comparisons and recommend options to management.
- Prepare regular sales and stock movement reports.
- Analyse sales trends to support forecasting and purchasing.
8. Handling Supply Issues
- Manage supply challenges such as price changes or stock shortages.
- Suggest alternative solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related experience (Advantage).
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Reporting experience preferred).
- Able to understand Chinese & English.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to multitask, work independently, and manage time-sensitive tasks.
- Hardworking, willing to learn, and detail-oriented.
