Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Head of Department in liaison and follow‑up with existing suppliers for urgent parts or raw materials, child parts and general purchase.
  • Assist Head of Department in sourcing new and potential suppliers and participate during factory audit/visit at vendors’ premises.
  • Assist Head of Department on quotation, delivery arrangement, outstanding orders, forecast preparation, updating the daily purchase order report and receiving any control items.
  • Involve effectively with cost‑down activities and dual‑solving activities.
  • Assist Head of Department on Custom Sales Tax (CJ5) matters and monthly report such as Vendor Grading & Performance Report, Cost Down Report etc.
  • Hold internal meetings to discuss new part development, part improvement, quality matters, stock status, critical parts etc.
  • Conduct meetings with suppliers regarding delivery arrangement, quality matters and new inquiries.
  • Match invoices and delivery orders for submission to Accounts Department for payment purpose.
  • Perform vendor maintenance information related to price maintenance, address changes, contact numbers etc.
  • Follow company procedure according to TS16949/2009 quality system.
  • Participate during internal quality audit.
  • Monitor job tasks given to subordinates and ensure jobs are carried out efficiently.
  • Ensure EHS Management System runs smoothly according to OHSAS & ISO 14001 standard.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain (fresh graduates with strong interest in procurement are encouraged to apply).
  • Strong understanding of technical specifications and ability to read engineering drawings.
  • Basic knowledge of supply chain management, vendor sourcing, and cost analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems (SAP, AutoCount, or equivalent is an advantage).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
