About the role

Join us as a Property Sales & Customer Care Manager based in Johor Bahru, Johor. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service to prospective and existing homebuyers.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the Director, you will play a key role in driving property sales while ensuring a smooth and positive journey for our customers from enquiry to purchase.

What you'll be doing
  • Generating leads and converting them into sales through effective marketing and prospecting activities
  • Providing knowledgeable advice and guidance to customers throughout the home-buying process
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborating with the broader sales and marketing team to implement sales strategies and campaigns
  • Monitoring sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Contributing to the development of sales tools, processes and training programs
What we're looking for
  • Proven track record in residential property sales, with a minimum of 3 years' experience
  • Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
