  • Attend to phone inquiries and walk‑in customers professionally and clinch the sales while proactively sourcing new prospects.
  • Ensure all relevant agreements on the sales of properties are documented to safeguard the interests of the Company.
  • Maintain sales information and documents to facilitate easy reference.
  • Achieve personal sales targets.
  • Participate in sales activities whenever required by the Company.
  • Demonstrate ownership and problem‑solving skills by working closely with team members to drive sales.
Qualifications
  • Candidates must possess at least SPM or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu, and other local dialects is an added advantage.
  • Exceptional communication, networking, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Energetic, goal‑driven, self‑assured, and collaborative team player.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to other states and overseas for work whenever required by the Company.
