Job description

We are looking for a Property Maintenance Executive to join our property management team, overseeing commercial shop/offices and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle day‑to‑day maintenance and repair works for commercial and residential properties
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance issues
  • Coordinate, follow up and supervise contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Attend to tenants’ maintenance requests, follow up and ensure timely completion
  • Prepare weekly maintenance reports, defect lists, and work progress updates
  • Monitor maintenance costs and ensure works are completed within budget
  • Ensure properties comply with safety, cleanliness, and operational standards
  • Liaise and work closely with Chinese‑speaking tenants and contractors
  • Maintain proper maintenance records and documentation
  • Handle tenant complaints, check‑in/check‑out, renovations, and fit‑out matters
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Superior
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in commercial shop/offices and residential property maintenance
  • Computer savvy, with ability to prepare reports and use basic office software such as MS Word, Excel, Power Point, email for basic reporting
  • Able to write clear maintenance reports
  • Able to communicate and write in Chinese (frequent interaction with Chinese tenants and contractors)
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills
  • Responsible, well‑organized and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Own transport and willing to travel.
  • Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin is an added advantage.
Education Background
  • Tertiary qualification in Property related fields, Building or Engineering is preferred
  • Candidates without tertiary qualifications but with relevant working experience are also welcome to apply
