  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in property management or operations (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience will be considered). Experience in handling tenants, contractors, and building management is an added advantage.
  • Technical Requirements: Basic knowledge of property and facility maintenance; Familiar with tenancy agreements, maintenance practices, and property SOPs; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Responsibilities
Tenant Management
  • Handle tenant move-in and move-out processes, including inspections, handover forms, and documentation.
  • Coordinate viewing schedules with agents or prospective tenants.
  • Attend to tenant enquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding issues until resolution.
  • Assist in tenancy renewals, rental reviews, and preparation of related documentation.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare weekly or monthly operational reports.
  • Maintain accurate filing for tenancy agreements, inspection reports, invoices, and quotations.
  • Update systems and trackers on occupancy, vacancies, unit status, and maintenance progress.
Vendor & Contractor Management
  • Source and evaluate vendors, service providers, and contractors.
  • Obtain quotations and conduct cost comparisons.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Ensure contractors follow SOPs and building regulations.
