Qualifications

• Minimum requirement is SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree.
• 1-2 years experience in credit control within Property Development industry.
• Strong knowledge of IFCA property software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process progress billings and follow up on collections.
• Handle loan documentation with relevant parties.
• Prepare monthly and collection reports.
• Attend to purchaser enquiries.
• Undertake additional ad-hoc assignments.
