Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Project Sales professional for ELV & ICT Solutions to drive business growth through project-based sales. The role involves identifying ELV & ICT project opportunities, engaging with consultants and contractors, preparing technical and commercial proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Identify, develop, and manage project sales opportunities in ELV and IT solutions.
  2. Promote solutions including:
    • Access Control & Time Attendance
    • Structured Cabling (Copper & Fiber)
    • Audio-Visual & Intercom Systems
    • BMS / Smart Building Solutions
    • Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi)
    • IT Security & Unified Communications
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
  4. Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, RFPs, and tender documents.
  5. Propose appropriate technical solutions aligned with project and client requirements.
  6. Prepare and submit technical submittals, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
  7. Coordinate with engineering, presales, estimation, and project teams for solution design and costing.
  8. Follow up on tenders, negotiations, approvals, and project awards.
  9. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts and reports.
  10. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming ELV & IT projects.
  11. Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams.
  12. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and profitability goals.
JOB REQUIREMENT
  1. Must possess a degree in Telecommunications/ Electronics or Computer Engineering or any related discipline.
  2. Proficient of Microsoft, Woks, Excel and Power Point and Project.
  3. Knowledge in ELV is preferred.
  4. Experience in PABX/ Network/ Radio/ PAGA Party/ CCTV/ LAN/ UHF/ VHF/ Trunk/ Tetra/ GMDSS/ Microwave Radio/ Vsat/ Meteorological/ Radar/ Access Control etc.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage tasks and time effectively.
  6. Demonstrate resourcefulness in locating relevant data, information, or tools through the effective use of various online platforms.
