Job summary

Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource deployment

Identify and engage stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout

Plan, manage, and control project budgets and resources

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation measures

Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure effective collaboration

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates and reports

Ensure all deliverables meet required quality standards and compliance obligations

Manage scope variations and conduct post-implementation reviews

Develop, maintain, and manage complete project documentation

Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant policies, laws, and regulatory requirements

Manage internal commitments and align leadership expectations on project status, milestones, scope, budget, quality, and benefit delivery

Provide support to other ESS initiatives and priorities as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (Business, Management, Engineering)
• Fluency in English
• 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in project management preferably in a Shared Services environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel functionalities (pivot tables, basic formulas, graphs), MS Teams, MS Project, Smartsheet or similar tools.
• Good understanding and practical knowledge of end-to-end processes.
