Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from customer handover to mass production readiness.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams to achieve project timelines, cost targets, and quality objectives.
• Review and approve mechanical/electronics drawings for manufacturability, ensuring design compliance with production capabilities.
• Provide design feedback and recommendations to customers or internal engineering teams for improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, manage risks, and track progress to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
• Prepare regular project status updates and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management and NPI processes.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in NPI project management or related functions.

Strong knowledge of reviewing and interpreting mechanical/electronic drawings.

• Proven experience in leading cross‑functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to identify and mitigate risks effectively.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
