Job Title: Project Manager - SAP MM & PP

Position Type: Full-Time, Fully Onsite

Role Summary: The client seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage SAP MM (Materials Management) and SAP PP (Production Planning) projects. This is a hands‑on role that requires expertise in SAP project management and the ability to handle complex stakeholder interactions across multiple regions. The role is based in our PJ Headquarters, with occasional regional travel, primarily to Singapore, and responsibility for projects in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage SAP MM and PP projects end‑to‑end, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, communicate project updates, and align on project objectives.
• Coordinate with regional IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support across different geographies.
• Facilitate cross‑functional project meetings and ensure clear communication between technical teams and business units.
• Provide hands‑on support in SAP project implementations, including system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regional regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing SAP MM and PP projects, preferably in a regional or multicountry setting.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Willingness to travel regionally, with a primary focus on Singapore, as well as Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand.
• Ability to work fully onsite at the PJ Headquarters.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience working in a regional role within a multinational organization is an advantage.

Reporting Line:

• This position reports directly to Regional IT.
